RELOAD project (Regional Elements in Logistics Opportunities - Assesment and Development) was realized in the period between June 2007 and June 2008, within the second call for proposals of the Hungary- Serbia Cross-border Co-operation Programme. The holders of the project were Subotica Open University and DARFT - Dél-Alföld Regional Development Agency from Szeged (Hungary). Partners from Serbia were: Provincial Secretariat of Economy of the AP Vojvodina, Regional Centre for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMER), Subotica, and ALMA MONS Regional Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises, Novi Sad.

In October 2004 Subotica Open University realized the project entitled Youth Without Borders project, which enabled exchange of the young leaders between two cities – Osijek (Croatia) and Subotica (Serbia).

Against Corruption project was implemented between October 2002 and September 2003 with the support of the Citizens’ Pact for South-East Europe.
The Open University coordinated the implementation of the activities which were done in Subotica (Serbia), Slavonski Brod (Croatia) and Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina)

New Horizons is a regional co-operation project realized in 2002, supported by Freedom House organization. The aim of the project was to connect cities of the former Yugoslavia, and thus, Forum of Tuzla Citizens (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Association of Citizens for Transition – AlbertE (Osijek, Croatia) and Subotica Open University were included in the realization of the project.

Building Trust Between National Minority Communities in Serbia project was initiated in May 2001, with the support of the Olof Palme International Centre from Stockholm (Sweden). The outset of the project was the fact that the truth and reconciliation can only be reached through re-establishment of trust between national communities, since it has been seriously damaged in the war years.
