Agro Eco tourism is currently the type of tourism that is globally expanding. Since the Vojvodina region is the most developed in areas of agriculture and rural tourism in Serbia, agricultural development of ecological tourism carries many challenges and opportunities for the region.
Open University is aiming its programs at development of touristic services in the region, while preserving the environment through the development of tools and training for farmers, workers in the tourism, entrepreneurs and local government in order to get best performance and sustainable touristic offer and attract tourists, while contributing to the economic development of local communities and the entire region.
