On Tuesday, 18th October 2011. at 10:30 a.m. at Open University Subotica (room 212) there will be organized a roundtable "Cooperation and networking film festivals in the crossborder region of Croatia-Serbia", which is organized as part of the Crossovers project.

The opening ceremony of 18th European Film Festival Palić will be held On Saturday, 16th of July, at 9 PM. At the opening ceremony Srđan Karanović will receive Aleksandar Lifka Award assigned by the Festival for outstanding contribution to European Cinema. Famous director will also officially open the Festival.

The European Film Festival Palic 2011 and Documentary Rock Film Festival DORF from Vinkovci invite all filmmakers experienced in filmmaking (digital or other techniques) to participate in the workshop on documentary music films, “Crossovers".

The 18th edition of the International Festival of Children’s Theatres is going to be held in Subotica from 15 to 21 May 2011, encompassing also touring performances throughout Vojvodina and the rest of Serbia and the Festival reprise in Szeged, in neighbouring Hungary.

From 5th to 8th May at EuroCinema the audience will have an opportunity to see films from Belgrade’s festival “Free Zone”. The programme included five documentaries which Belgrade’s audience voted for the best. Entrence to all screenings is free.
