The project was implemented in Subotica in December 2005, with the aim to provide consultants employed at the agricultural institutes throughout Vojvodina with the opportunity to acquire new and innovate already existing knowledge in the fields of agricultural products marketing, farm management and initiation and help with agricultural producers association.

The training was attended by 35 persons – consultants at the agricultural institutes in seven districts of Vojvodina.

Through a four-day training organized in the form of workshops, theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of the lecturers – experts in the field of agricultural marketing and management were transfered, and the programme was realized in the fields of agricultural products marketing, farm management, association of agricultural producers, while practical part of the training included acquisition of the skills necessary for creation of the education programme for producers and study visit to Mórahalom cooperative in Hungary.

During the training, participants in education stayed at Majkin salaš (Grandma’s Grange, Palić), where they had the opportunity to get acquainted with the example of good practice and experiences of modern farm production in fruit-growing and agrotourism.
