The project was realized in the period between October 2003 and March 2004 on the territory of North Bačka District. It was aimed at improvement of interethnic relations through the application of determinants of Poverty Reduction Strategies, with a special emphasis on the inclusion of local authorities in processes of application of this Strategy, establishment of partnerships between government and non-government sector and providing support to non-government organizations.

In the stated period, instruments for citizens to monitor the work of local authorities and public companies were established, as well as processes of lobbying civil society in order to solve problems of the citizens of Subotica. During the project, a database was formed with description of the problems encountered by minorities, pensioners, children, unemployed, refugees and persons with special needs, with the aim to solve them in the most efficient way and to integrate the above mentioned target groups in our local community in the shortest period of time.
