Project objectives:

• Encouraging Roma to understand and use education as key to their socio-economic inclusion and to reasonable participation;
• Enhancing the transition of Roma learners from school to the professional life by the mediation of targeted offers of professional orientation;
• Raising the number of Roma who attend and finalise a vocational training;
• Making the recording of skills and competences of adult Roma possible in order to raise their employability;
• Preparing Roma for a professional work according to the need;
• Mediating Roma in regular employments on the first labour market;
• Sensitising entrepreneurs for the situation of Roma and enabling them to use labour market measures and funding programmes for their employment.
