The project “Cross Border Business Advisor Network (Advisor Net)” is realized within the HU-SRB IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme. The partners on the project are the Open University Subotica, National Employment Service Subotica branch office, DAR Nonprofit Public Ltd, Active Job Seekers Kecskemet, and Central-eastern European Association for Recreation Szeged.
The general objective of the “ADVISOR NET” project is to develop the cooperation between relevant stakeholders in the cross-border region in the aspect of competitiveness and employment through creating and strengthening business and educational connections.
Specific objectives:

-Synergetic economic development of the cross-border region through cooperation of SMEs, clusters, employment services and educational institutions

Development of a joint cross-border “Business Advisor” programme for the prevention of unemployment, strengthening cooperation and development of management skills of relevant stakeholders in the cross-border region

Experience exchange and the development of communication skills through trainings and workshops

Developed joint “Business Advisor” programme, that includes 3 sub-programmes: “Pupil” (advisory programme for secondary school students in the cross-border region), “Start-up” (for business beginners) and SMEs (small and medium sized enterprises and their clusters in the cross-border region)

18 trainings organized (1 training for trainers and 1 training for end-users for each sub-programme)

Organised “Career Days” in Subotica, and developed Web-portal
