The Open University Subotica has started the implementation of a new project "pROceed", which is funded by the European Union - ERASMUS + program. The project "pROceed" will be implemented by 9 organizations from seven different countries.

The first aim of “pROceed” is to identity European best practice for professional orientation, career guidance and job preparation which can be adapted both for concrete requirements of vocational education and the labour market and the specific needs of the target group in the partner countries. Secondly, the partners will initiate a dialogue with relevant stakeholders from the according fields who will - as the third step - develop concepts for follow-up projects together.
The 18 months project will be realized by partner organisations from Slovakia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Romania and Serbia.


All partners fulfil together the following tasks:


PHASE 1: Research (September 2020 – Jun 2021)
a) Survey with Roma
b) Professional orientation – schools
c) Career guidance
d) Job preparation and professional further education

PHASE 2: Dialogue with relevant stakeholders in the partner countries (June – October 2021)
PHASE 3: Concept development (November 2021 – February 2022)
